Flowise was founded by Gabor Nemeti, a Project and Work Management Consultant with more than a decade of experience leading complex programs across Europe. Throughout his career, Gabor has managed business transformations, post-merger integrations, large-scale software rollouts, and multi-million dollar sales enablement initiatives. Across every engagement, one truth stood out. Teams rarely struggled because of poor plans. They struggled because the way they worked was not clearly defined.
That realization became the foundation of Flowise.
We created Flowise to help organizations not only deliver projects but also design the way they work. By bringing structure, rhythm, and clarity into everyday collaboration, we help teams achieve sustainable results and move forward with confidence.

Hi, I am Gabor and I have spent over a decade navigating the realities of project and work management. Along the way, I have worked on complex challenges such as streamlining operations and building governance models that make life easier for teams.
What drives me is simplicity. I believe that most teams do not need more effort. They need better structure. My work is about turning what feels overwhelming into something manageable and achievable.
It is never just about creating plans and marking them complete. It is about designing solutions that truly work for the people behind them. Every organization has its own rhythm, and my goal is to help find it. I build systems that fit naturally, reduce friction, and let people focus on what really matters.
